This hotel was nice comfy base for exploring Muskegon, thoroughly enjoyed it and venue’s well-trained and genuinely helpful staff with great service. Unique and nicely decorated room on the lighting from the sliding glass doors was enjoyable.

The rooms are spacious, well-furnished with a living area, large windows, and a cozy fireplace, along with generously-sized bathrooms and bathtubs with good drainage.

The breakfasts were fresh and complimentary, always with lots of meals. the room was stylish and unique, with a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. - the hotel had a beautiful and comfortable location on the lake side. Our stay at Shoreline Inn & Conference Center, Ascend Hotel Collection in Muskegon was delightful. the complimentary breakfasts were always fresh with plenty of meal options. Our room was stylish and unique, equipped with a microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator. the hotel's location by the lake was both beautiful and comfortable.

The location was magnificent and perfect, just 5 min walk from an art museum. We also went to city center, located at a medium distance from the hotel.

Had a very good stay for a wedding, glad I've chosen it. The location in a safe area was stunning and unbeatable and there were the Farmer's market and a market nearby. Took a walk around city center, located at a medium distance from the hotel.

Huge room with large bed, wonderful location. Location right by the shores of Lake Muskegon as well as Muskegon's downtown. Also, to the bike trail that runs right past it.

Particularly good and amazing location, within walking distance of everywhere. And within walking distance of the beach.
